We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, with modern and stylish decor that makes you feel right at home. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our entire stay. The location is perfect—very convenient and close to everything we needed, from restaurants to local attractions. It made getting around so easy. We also really appreciated the daily cleaning service. Every day was provided with fresh towels, which added a nice touch to our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

New & comfortable hotel close to Times Square (10 minutes walk). I loved the Nespresso coffee machine in the room and quality shower gel/shampoo. I thought there would be little space to store clothes but there are drawers under the bed and lots of hooks. Very different style from Pestana of Portugal or Brazil, but it's very nice for the NYC context. Friendly staff and stored our bags after check out.

Fabulous hotel. We were apprehensive after a previous visit to Manhattan and the hotel was absolutely not as advertised and very run down. But this one was everything it said on the booking and more. The room was quite compact but super clean, and refreshed daily. The bed so comfortable, which was absolutely needed at the end of a long day! The hotel itself was an Ideal location for us and the staff were fantastic, so friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. One particular staff member (unfortunately did not get her name) but she checked us in, and was there for most of our stay, unfortunately wasn't there on checking out so didn't get to thank her for being so welcoming. There were some really nice touches like iced water in reception to fill water bottles, and coffee and bagels in the morning. We were told it was first come first served but we never had them run out while we were there. Lwe had a brilliant stay and would definitely be back!

We did not try the breakfast as they only had bagels and butter and jam that you could toast, and this wasnt for us. There was free coffee which was good. There is a coffee maker in the room but there are only expresso cups. Its a shame there is no bar in the hotel, but the staff did say that there was going to be one soon. We visited with our son and girlfriend and did ask if we could have rooms near each other but unfortunately they could not accommodate this. The rooms were clean and small, we did have the superior room but as expected in NYC it was still small. The view from the window was of apartments across the street, but this did not matter too much as we were out and about. All-in all it was a lovely hotel , lots of Ronaldo memorabilia. The location was spot on and there is a nice little Irish pub on the opposite side of the road called The Joyce which is worth a visit.

We chose this hotel because it's close to Penn Station and the Port Authority Bus Terminal, and we were very glad we did because it was perfect for a few nights in Manhattan. Our hotel room was small (which is normal for Manhattan) but had all the facilities we needed including extremely comfortable beds. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and made us feel valued. We needed to leave some luggage with them and that was no problem at all. We enjoyed the complimentary bagels in the morning and the excellent coffee that was available all day. The little courtyard was the perfect place to have breakfast. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The room was very clean (and also the rest of the hotel). The staff were nice, helpful and welcoming. The location is great, and although it is situated in a noisy area, the room was very quiet. We enjoyed the coffee machine and the morning bagels and had absolutely zero problems waiting for the elevator (our room was on the 24th floor).

I got a good rate because it was mid-Jan and I expected an average, no frills hotel but I was happily surprised by the friendliness of the staff, hotel manager, the welcome, ease of check in/check out, sense of security in the building (as a woman traveling alone), the basket of fruit, coffee & breakfast station, etc. I appreciated being given information ahead of needing it. The hotel and room were impeccably clean and comfortable.
